24 Hour notification is required for the tenants to prepare for people who want to see the house. From 1:45 P.M. to 2:30 P.M., the tenants are occupied with activities outside the house so there is no one to show the house from that time frame. The tenants are very busy with work on Friday so they cant show people around the house on Friday.
